lovely stay

the location was excellent it was close to the metro restaurants and shopping. breakfast was very good. the staff was open and friendly i recommend this location because the rooms were comfortable and well equipped. sockets close to the bed made phone recharging handy.

the room was not ready when we moved in we did not have towels pillow covers and other things. i had to go get them myself one by one. there was no shampoo in the bathroom so i bought my own.

the room was a good size it was super clean and cozy with a kettle plus complimentary coffee and tea. blackout curtains helped for sleeping late i loved the window and hearing city life. the mini-fridge was helpful for storing drinks.

the breakfast area had a good selection. many local shops bars and restaurants surround the building. there were few eateries nearby to choose from. i saw cafes but only experienced a few.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating. they were helpful and attentive. they provided a fantastic welcome. the spa was a great way to unwind after walking long days.

The room felt small, almost like a cabin on a cruise ship. i could hear a sound machine from the adjacent room through thin walls. also, the shower had terribly low pressure. I expected better at a hotel spa.

the staff were friendly and helpful.

the shower temperature fluctuated between very cold and scalding (this occurred without warning). also, i found the lack of soundproofing problematic. noise from neighboring rooms was quite noticeable, disrupting my sleep.
