the team's welcome was warm, especially with thomas. He was friendly and helpful. i had an excellent room. It was one of the nicest i've stayed in. it was carefully designed with a safe, fridge, mirrors, good lighting and lovely furnishings. the marshall bluetooth speaker is a great idea, and the little nespresso coffee machine was a treat.

I could hear every single tiny movement and voice from the next doors, it was loud. bed sheets felt rough on my skin, it wasn't very comfortable. the shower had a leak. It was a constant drip.

The staff REALLY were very good. They let us leave our bags, useful. The location was also convenient. It has easy access to the metro and many nice restaurants.

The room was quite small. I could barely walk around the bed. The bathroom was also tiny with small towels. The walls were REALLY thin, and I could hear everyone else in their rooms.

small roomsecurity concern

I found the room quite small. there was very little space to move around comfortably. the physical key system also felt outdated. I had to leave my key at reception every time i exited the hotel. this made me uneasy as they did not verify my identity upon re-entry to the hotel, raising a security concern.
