the staff were very helpful. they seemed accommodating to requests.

the air conditioning was not very strong in my room. i also found that there were no english channels available on the television. my experience with the reception during checkout was quite poor (i found them unhelpful). i won't book this hotel again.

the bed was comfortable enough.

I was not impressed with the lack of attention to detail. the shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty upon arrival and was not refilled during my entire stay. also, the wi-fi was spotty and unreliable. I needed it for work, and it was a real hassle to keep getting disconnected.

the location was quite convenient the nearby tram stop was a minute away on foot i enjoyed having a view of the eiffel tower from my room the spa facilities were modern. the breakfast selection was diverse i especially liked the fresh pastries there was always a variety of fruit available i found the staff very attentive during breakfast service. i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms housekeeping was efficient the room was refreshed daily the bathroom was super clean.
