The location was special, a peaceful side street gave way to the grandeur of the champs-élysées only steps away! the staff i encountered were consistently friendly, especially during the breakfast service. the hotel garden provided a tranquil escape for an evening drink. I enjoyed the serene atmosphere. the room was very clean offering a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploration.
The coffee machine required some patience to operate. It sometimes took a little while to get my morning coffee!

the room included all required amenities i needed
I found the bed cover to be quite thin and short. i also noticed the housekeeping staff failed to replenish the water supply in my room. the noise from the room above was also a disturbance, as i could clearly hear sounds through the flooring. It disrupted my rest.

The hotel is near to main attractions and several restaurants. the air conditioning was silent and effective. everything was nice and neat. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom was very nice. the staff was helpful and amiable. The check in process was straightforward.
during my checkout, i was charged for an extra day without my knowledge. the receptionist claimed i was unreachable and extended my stay without consent. i was forced to pay for an additional night that i did not request.
