amazing high-tech experience!

friendly face quick food easy access

i totally loved the friendly faces at reception and at the bar, especially knowing food was available at all hours, talk about accommodating! the food was quick, delicious, and it.. staying here twice in one trip proves how much i enjoyed it! the staff spoke english very well. restaurants and bars are easily accessible.

the room was quite small, i didn't find tea or coffee maker inside.

the room includes a very wide comfortable bed with an excellent mattress. very comfy huge pillows.. the controls for lights, curtains, and tv are all on a tablet, that's so cool.

the staff were very friendly. i liked the hotel and the room, it was neatly done. i found the staff to be very helpful too.

the tv in my room wasn't working. i let them know a few times! though they were unable to fix it

The room featured many outlets and convenient drawer space. The staff demonstrated really good friendliness. They spoke English. I appreciated this a lot. There was also a convenient fridge in the room.

The lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was inconvenient. I had to pay for hot water at the bar each night. This.
