The super nice team and always smiling. i loved the free snacks and drinks available all day, that was so convenient! my room had a cool movie theme. The decor was really unique and fun. i really loved that bottle of champaign they gave me

the staff was very cute AND helpful. a metro station is RIGHT outside. The free snacks and coffee in the afternoon were a lovely touch. The breakfast offered a good choice of food.

the windows were NOT soundproofed. The noise from the street made sleep difficult.

The location worked out nicely. It was close to metro stations. The staff was quite helpful (Bernice and Paul were especially kind). The rooms were also super clean.

My room's windows faced the main street, not ideal. The windows offered poor soundproofing. The traffic noise made sleep difficult.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception operates 24/7. I liked the complimentary snack bar which was available during the day (this was useful for work meetings).

I had a room with carpet. The carpet was old and stained. The price-quality ratio seemed off. The first elevator sometimes did not work (it felt a bit scary).

The hotel boasts a cinema room. It is a great unique selling point. I found the terrace in the backyard a very pleasant feature. I especially appreciated the complimentary minibar with water and sodas. It was refilled daily, very convenient. The hotel's cinema theme is well represented but not excessively so.

The neighborhood outside the hotel was not the best I have experienced.

decent stay with some minor issues

quick check-in complimentary snacks spacious lobby unorganized gym bathroom door privacy issues

check in was quick. i did find complimentary snacks helpful. the hotel lobby looked chic and it was spacious.

The gym isn't really organized. i saw weights and equipment but it looked a bit messy. no door separated the bathroom from the room. I had to worry a bit about privacy.
