The hotel is on a quiet street, which i liked. it's close to the gare du nord, maybe a 15-minute walk. the staff members were friendly and helpful . I appreciated that. the room overlooked the garden area. This was a nice view to have.
the room felt a bit small for three adults though we managed, so it wasn't a dealbreaker.

The service desk was supportive. This made check-in easy. all staff provided assistance promptly. This contributed positively to my stay. they always greeted me with a smile, which i appreciated.

the staff were very helpful and cute, i found this good. the hotel is in a fine location, lots of cafes and bars surround it. really comfy beds and a delicious breakfast were included!
The room was really small though. Lack of shelving in both the main room and bathroom was a challenge.
