the staff helped us so much. they arranged ambulance service and stayed with us. we requested fresh towels, and they offered room service late (so considerate!). the hotel personnel went way beyond what was expected.

the reception didn't seem very engaged when i mentioned the missed wake-up call. the receptionist seemed focused on tasks but lacked warmth. i noticed her talking down to another client who needed help.

the breakfast had a decent spread, and i felt it was worth the price (especially the croissants!). there were many options for beverages, and the eating area was kept clean and tidy. i found the service there very efficient.
