fresh fruit salad helpful staff free snacks poor mattress dirty floor facility tear

The breakfast had fresh fruit salad and lots of choices. the staff was helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. the free drinks and snacks were a nice touch in the afternoon. i liked the coffee machine available at any time.

The mattress and pillows could have been better. the floors needed mopping. They were quite dirty when i arrived. there was wear and tear evident in the facility. the decorative pillows probably don't get washed twice.

the breakfast was simple and tasty i guess it met my bare minimum expectations for a continental breakfast.

i found the carpet in the room particularly off putting it seemed quite old and had some suspicious stains i really wished they had renovated it earlier it made me question the overall cleanliness.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

quiet room complimentary drinks kind staff

The room was quiet and spacious, I was able to sleep well. The hotel provided complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar, refilled daily. I found the location great as it was near many restaurants. the staff was professional and kind.

The electricity went out on my last day, and I had to carry my heavy luggage down. This was difficult and inconvenient, especially with multiple bags.

The location was excellent. I found several supermarkets nearby. I appreciated that the hotel provided coffee, tea, water, and snacks throughout the day. The minibar in the room was refilled daily with complimentary drinks.

The carpet in the room felt very old and somewhat sticky.
