My room was not properly cleaned. I found some grime on the floor. The bedroom thermostat did not work correctly, so the room stayed uncomfortably warm despite setting it to a cold temperature. I asked the night staff for help, but they only said the settings were fine and I needed to wait.

Excellent Stay Near Gare de l'Est

The studio room was a nice surprise (it was an upgrade!). I stayed one night. It was worth it as it was close to a station. I found a stall around the corner that sold grilled chicken. It also had sausages and potatoes and was super delicious.
I noticed some mold-like discoloration on the sheets. There were also many ants in the room. The shower water switched between overly hot and cold, too.

i loved that i could drop my bags early so i could attend meetings (super convenient!). the staff was really helpful and friendly, which i appreciated a lot. the room was large and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. it exceeded my expectations!
the shower leaked pretty badly all over the floor, i had to mop it up with my towels every time i used it. i feel like a fix would be appreciated.

there are several restaurants and bakeries nearby, with dining options (i especially enjoyed the local patisseries!). they open early and close late, providing flexibility for meals anytime.

the location is very close to gare de l'est and gare du nord, this ensures easy access to transportation. metro lines are also outside the hotel, this makes it very convenient to reach different parts of the city.

The location was very convenient, close to the stations. The room was very comfy and tidy, a lovely space. It was very helpful for luggage.
The sound insulation was lacking, a significant issue. I could hear hallway noises, which disturbed my sleep. The rooms need better upkeep. I noticed signs of wear.
