Wonderful Valentine's Getaway!

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights over Valentine's Day I appreciated a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room. The staff were accommodating. The hotel's location is perfect. We had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower sparking every night. I appreciated great restaurants nearby and a local shopping mall.

I did not like a deposit was taken. This action caused a shortage of money. I have not received the deposit back yet I also had to pay more for slippers

Satisfactory Hotel with Minor Issues

The hotel boasts a pleasing decor close to the metro. I also received an upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower (it was a nice surprise!).

The room temperature was a bit high, and there was no way to cool it down. When I opened the windows, the noise from the street was very loud (it disrupted my sleep).

Charming Stay Near the Eiffel Tower

The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the room I wished for, especially since it had an Eiffel Tower view. The location proved perfect as it was central to many attractions. I also found it convenient to access the Tootbus city tours and the Seine cruise dock from here.

The room temperature was a bit high and I had no chance to cool it down. When the windows were open, the noise from the street was very loud.

the staff was very friendly and efficient. we got our room earlier, i think its very appreciated after a early flight. this place felt so beautiful!

i didn't like that a deposit was taking. it made me have a shortage of money. i expected to complete the amount listed on the app, but i payed extra and that was not in my plans.
