Wonderful Valentine's Getaway!

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights over Valentine's Day I appreciated a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room. The staff were accommodating. The hotel's location is perfect. We had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower sparking every night. I appreciated great restaurants nearby and a local shopping mall.
I did not like a deposit was taken. This action caused a shortage of money. I have not received the deposit back yet I also had to pay more for slippers

Satisfactory Hotel with Minor Issues
pleasing decor eiffel tower view high temperature street noise
The hotel boasts a pleasing decor close to the metro. I also received an upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower (it was a nice surprise!).
The room temperature was a bit high, and there was no way to cool it down. When I opened the windows, the noise from the street was very loud (it disrupted my sleep).

short walk metro station many eateries
the passy metro station is a very short walk away. i found several bakeries and many places to eat nearby.
the room was fine, though the bathroom was rather small.

The location is close to the eiffel tower, and the trocadero gardens are also nearby. I could see the top of the eiffel tower from my room and the hotel has a chic design.

i found several restaurants such as le passy and le franklin. these restaurants provide reasonably priced meals. there are some bakeries nearby if you prefer to grab something fast on the go.

The staff was friendly and patient with english speakers. they helped me with restaurant recommendations and transport. the front staff arranged a taxi for me. This was very helpful.

friendly staff efficient staff extra money money shortage
the staff was very friendly and efficient. we got our room earlier, i think its very appreciated after a early flight. this place felt so beautiful!
i didn't like that a deposit was taking. it made me have a shortage of money. i expected to complete the amount listed on the app, but i payed extra and that was not in my plans.
