great stay near st lazare

I found the facilities super clean and fresh. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. the location was great. Everything was within walkable distance. i was able to easily explore local cafes and shops.
the breakfast was a little disappointing. there was limited variety, with just one cheese and two salamies. the coffee wasn't great, and there were no eggs (usually a breakfast staple, in my opinion).

the room had cozy lighting and felt very clean (which i always appreciate). the bathroom had a nice shower and adequate space for toiletries. the provided towels were soft and fresh.

the staff were always greeting me with a smile. they handled check-in smoothly and assisted with storing luggage after check-out. i found them quick to address any questions i had.

this location had excellent transport links, very close to the metro and bus stations. a supermarket nearby made it easy to get any necessities. i found plenty of local restaurants within a short walk.

breakfast had various options, though some items could be improved. i did enjoy the fresh pastries and the coffee machine (when it was working!). complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

the staff were nice. the location is close to several metros and bus stations.
The in-room amenities need improvement. all soap bottles in my room were empty. i also observed that my room was not cleaned on the first day. No towel change occurred, and no housekeeping took place at all. this lack of service was disappointing after a long day.

The location was excellent, very close to the metro station. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our stay was acceptable.
The 'Classic Double Room' felt quite small. There was virtually no storage space for luggage, so we left our suitcases on the floor. There was also no cabinet or shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. I found this pretty inconvenient.
