The location proved very convenient. It's near gare du nord. the room was a superior double room. It included handy fridge and microwave facilities. i certainly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the clean, spacious bathroom. also, the staff was friendly and helped me a lot!

the street outside was noisy, even late at night. i could clearly hear traffic and sirens! the thin windows did little to block the sound, and made the room cold.

the staff offered helpful assistance with directions and recommendations. they were always ready to answer questions and provide assistance throughout my stay, especially during check-in and check-out processes. the staff was available 24/7.

the hotel features a small elevator, it accommodates a maximum of two people. breakfast included a variety of options, such as croissants, baguettes, cheese, eggs, cold meats, coffee, fruit, yogurts, and cereal. a small kitchenette was available in my room.

I appreciated the proximity to the main station for the euro star. the room faced a main road, yet it remained surprisingly quiet. the staff also looked after our luggage all day, great.

The room was quite underwhelming. The claimed soundproofing was a blatant lie. I could hear every word from the hallway. The shower was a disaster. It seemed determined to flood the entire bathroom because of its poor design, with water spraying everywhere. The lack of proper ventilation made the bathroom smell perpetually damp, which wasn't exactly pleasant.
