The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room had a cozy bed and was cleaned daily by housekeeping. The hotel sent macarons and chocolates to my room as a birthday gift. They stored my luggage after checkout allowing me to explore unencumbered.
The fitness center is small it features only two machines and limited weights.

The staff were very friendly and helpful providing assistance with luggage storage and addressing any concerns promptly. The hotel staff gave me a voucher for drinks at the bar before departure, it was a kind gesture. I appreciated the warm and professional service provided by everyone.

I found the staff helpful and cute. The location is perfect, it provides easy access to several subway stations (convenient for getting around!). The breakfast had a great variety of options.
The spa required advance reservation. The time slot was limited to only 45 minutes. This felt a little short.
