helpful staff clean room spacious room
The hotel is near attractions and metro stations. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful with any request! The hotel room was spacious for Europe and very clean.

missing fridge small shower
The room lacked a fridge, a considerable oversight for the price. the shower was also unacceptably small. Only someone of diminutive stature could use it with any comfort. the general impression was one of wear. It is apparent significant investment is needed to bring the premises up to standard.

Mediocre stay. Some issues noted
steep stairs small shower
the location was acceptable, placing me reasonably close to the metro station.
the absence of a lift to the fifth floor proved problematic. i had to carry my luggage up a steep flight of stairs. the shower was also small, which detracted from the experience. paint was peeling off the walls, giving the room a shabby feel overall.

excellent location helpful staff safe feeling
the location WAS excellent it was close to shops and cafes I could easily walk to the seine and the eiffel tower the staff were really KIND and helpful they made me feel very safe I would certainly book here again thank you.
the room I had was TINY it was hard to open my suitcase to unpack

helpful staff fresh croissants complimentary water
the staff was always available! they helped with directions. the breakfast had fresh croissants and a variety of cheeses. i liked that there was complimentary water in the lobby.
The elevator did not reach the top floor. I had to carry my luggage up a short flight of stairs!

the hotel is near a metro station and several shops. this made it easy to get around the city. i found supermarkets and restaurants very close by for convenience. the location provides good access.

breakfast included fresh baked goods and coffee. the breakfast area was tidy and well stocked. there was a carrefour market only 20 meters away from the hotel if one requires other dining options.
