I found the location ideal. it was directly opposite the bus station. this made airport transfers very easy. the room upgrade i received was a king room on a high floor. it was spacious and super clean. the bathroom included dove toiletries and large towels. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard.
the corridors looked a little dark!

the location is excellent it is near grand central station. staff members at reception were helpful and responsive to requests. pooja provided assistance with checking in car parking and arranging late check out. she also gave local advice
the windows had mould it was not acceptable. the room felt cold and temperature adjustments were ineffective. room service collection used brown bags which detracted from the experience
