The room was clean upon arrival.
I found the noise level unacceptable. I could clearly hear traffic throughout the night. The breakfast offered very limited options, I think eating elsewhere would have been a better choice (I regret not doing that). the portable AC unit was very loud and hard to sleep with.

The staff were helpful. Christine especially stood out. she were really nice. she also ensured our room was always serviced.
i noticed the tap in the bathroom was a bit noisy. it made some sound when the water ran and the shower could use a rail to grab.

plenty of parking spaces were available. there is a greenan bar regularly visited offering a good atmosphere. the hotel hosted a murder mystery night offering entertainment .

Fiona at reception was very friendly and helpful. She provided a great welcome. staff are super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. christine were great making sure our stay was comfortable.

The hotel has an easy to get to location from drogheda. Plenty of parking spaces are available. the hotel is close to the lisburn ring road. nearby, the lady anne restaurant provides accessible dining options.

the lady anne restaurant served a valentines meal that was gorgeous. the chef, james, prepared a special meal to accommodate dietary requirements. donna, the waitress, was also very helpful, and the restaurant is in the hotel.

the room was basic, but clean, ensuring a tidy environment. clean, pure white linen table cloths were set in the function room, setting a nice tone. the double bed in the room was comfortable.

i stayed overnight and the rooms are super clean.
multiple functions all day and into the night meant it was very loud. we were unable to properly enjoy the bar.
