marco was friendly at check-in, giving me a helpful map. i got directions to key areas using the metro. the location was great with easy access to the metro and nearby places to eat. the staff was always friendly and helpful.
the walls seemed thin i could hear some noise from other rooms.

The shower was really annoying, it kept switching between hot and cold. the noise isolation was awful too! i could hear everything, conversations, footsteps, kids crying. It. i think, next time, i'll bring earplugs or just find a quieter spot. maybe both?

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. i appreciated the fresh air from the ability to open windows. the sheets were changed every day which i liked and they seemed beautiful. the location was fantastic with the metro right outside the door.
