The location was great. I could easily walk to many attractions. also, the front desk was very helpful with directions, they even offered umbrellas when it rained.
My room felt small, i found it difficult to fully open my suitcase. the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear conversations in the hallway and adjacent rooms.

The room I was given was quite small. The advertised pictures showed a larger room size. the soundproofing was insufficient. I could hear conversations and noises from adjacent rooms, including bathroom activity. This lack of sound isolation was disruptive.

the location was excellent. saint michel fountain, notre dame, and the louvre were nearby. a great boulangerie was just across the street. there were many cute cafes all around too.
the bathroom was small! accessing the toilet was difficult. the shower screen was broken, so water went everywhere. the soap dispensers had some mould.

I found the location to be perfect! It is walkable to major attractions, a block from the Seine River, and near numerous restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided useful information. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro. It made airport transportation easy.
My room had stairs to the hall, difficult with luggage.

There are tons of restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. This makes finding a meal very convenient. Many reasonably priced options are available nearby. This offers great value for money. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel offers the possibility to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out. This allowed me to explore with ease. The proximity to the metro is a huge advantage. It provides easy access to the airport and other areas. There is a taxi stand nearby.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Downsides
dirty carpetunpleasant smell
The room itself had a distinct, unpleasant smell like old, damp socks. This was really off-putting. The carpet was quite dirty. The sheets also had some questionable red marks on them, not something you want to see. I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness and hygiene, I expect much better.
