The staff was very helpful, particularly at the reception. They provided excellent assistance. the location is convenient. i appreciated that the hotel organized shipping our forgotten item to our country after our departure. the room felt okay all time, was clean, and quite comfortable.
The breakfast was quite limited. The food options remained unchanged throughout my stay.

The room was big enough.. Free coffee, tea, and fresh water were available at reception 24 hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location offered quick access to the city center and Orly Airport with metro 14 just a few minutes away.
The bathroom was small. The room itself felt a bit cramped. There was barely space to open a suitcase fully.

Breakfast provided eggs, ham, cheeses, and a selection of croissants. There were also pancakes, jams, yogurt, and fruit available. Guests with early excursions received packed croissants and yogurt at 6:30 a.m.

The staff helped me find local attractions easily. I liked that coffee, tea, and snacks were available in the reception area. This was a nice touch. The location was very close to the metro station. This made traveling around easy! The hotel felt safe and secure.
The room I was assigned had a strange odor when I first entered. There were also a few maintenance issues in my room. Some paint marks looked on the walls!
