Ella at the bar and restaurant offered excellent service. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The food was great and the bar and restaurant offered plenty of choice. I found the staff very friendly and cute. That was appreciated.
The hotel charged separately for parking. It was not clear on the website.

alan at the front desk was helpful he resolved bedroom issues quickly. david provided really good dinner service for a large group. he displayed patience and kindness with the children.
the pool area seems slightly outdated and could benefit from some upgrades

the on-site gym included a sauna and steam room. the hotel also featured a bar, restaurant and a courtyard. fresh towels were provided daily and the shutters blocked daylight well. now i am considering getting some at home.

the pool was available and seemed well kept. breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. i found the staff to be friendly and check-in was efficient it did not take long.
the room i had looked dated the bathroom especially needed some updates. i noticed some dubious stains on the carpet in the room and on the desk. the hotel parking had a charge it was not clear until after the stay that ihg members could get free parking.
