i found the room very clean and airy. i had a lovely view onto the spa area. all the facilities seemed to be of a high standard. the staff were very amenable .
The bathroom decor seemed slightly dated. A refresh there would improve the space.

a wonderful stay exceeding expectations

the spa visit proved very relaxing. i spent two hours in the weavers spa. the staff was cute and provided all necessary information. i had festive afternoon tea and enjoyed the food. the staff were attentive and looked after us well. my room was super clean and comfortable. i slept well. breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly.
the grounds need some attention and were not very attractively planted though the hotel is beautiful.

breakfast had great cook to order for hot food. elegant breakfast room got crisp white tablecloths. the vitality pool with jacuzzi was perfect, water sat at 38c. i found lot of public lounge areas and these were very nice.
i noticed some uneven floors because building is historical. this detail is a very slight inconvenience.

The receptionist staff were lovely. They really cared for us and gave us all the information we needed. the spa was so quiet, and it. the dinner was delicious. I could tell the ingredients were of high quality. the location is wonderful!
I heard some slight, soft noises in the night. They were very faint but probably just the building settling.

Wonderful Wedding Reception and Lovely Stay

The wedding reception I attended was perfect and guests raved about the venue. Many attendees stayed overnight and enjoyed the accommodation. Bethany, the Events Manager, was amazing, she made wedding arrangements easy. She maintained excellent communication and ensure smooth operation. The room, decor, and tables looked beautiful, exactly how I wanted them.
The phone in my room wasn't working. It wasn't fixed .
