The breakfast selection WAS HUGE and everything tasted delicious! The staff were SO friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Walking into my suite with music playing created a VERY special atmosphere. Complimentary Le Creuset mugs and branded teas were a nice touch.
Finding parking was difficult upon arrival. I had to stop and ask at reception for directions.

The room had plenty of drinks, including tea, coffee pods, hot chocolate, water, and fresh milk. Breakfast included a varied choice of cooked items, fruit, cereals, pastries, and juices. The staff offered fresh tea and coffee at breakfast. The hotel provided towels and slippers in the room.
I noticed that there is no bar. Room service is also unavailable. The absence of these amenities was unexpected.

i stayed on a sunday and enjoyed a package deal including afternoon tea, overnight stay, and breakfast. the afternoon tea was delicious (i especially enjoyed the scones). the staff was polite and kind.
i found that the hotel lacks a bar. i also missed having room service. these are amenities i usually expect.
