the shower ran cold. i also had trouble getting a response about a charger i left behind. nobody asked about my stay at checkout, a definite oversight.

the refurbished loft suite offered luxurious standards. a free standing copper bath added a touch of elegance to the room. the pool facilities included outdoor amenities enhancing our relaxation.
The sound insulation was not perfect. Bass sounds from nearby music slightly disturbed the otherwise quiet room.

a GREAT stay AT this HOTEL

Colleen, the receptionist, offered personal greetings and escorted me TO my room. i took advantage of an offer that included breakfast, a dinner allowance, and a cocktail. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with nice toiletries.
the gravel road NEAR my room caused SOME noise EARLY in the morning.

dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were excellent. the hotel's sitting room and bar area had a great atmosphere. the gardens and outdoor areas were very pleasant. i found it a great place for relaxation and unwinding after a busy week at work.
