The safe in my room was locked. I couldn't use it. When I went to sleep. I found someone else's socks under the duvet. I couldn't change TV channels either, maybe the remote control ran out of batteries.

the location is really central. the staff was friendly and helpful, that was a plus. i also liked that my room was clean. i enjoyed the good breakfast too.

the tv didn't work well, it was a disappointment. the food prices are expensive, they felt a bit too high. also, the shower gel in my bathroom was empty when i arrive.
