i visit for business. parking space is always available. the rooms includes a smart tv plus nice facilities. breakfast service is good, the staff is friendly. i have nothing to add, just good.
the walls are wafer thin and noise travels. other guests woke me through the night with doors closing. i think there are little improvements to be done.

The breakfast buffet included many options! i enjoyed the motion sensor toilet doors in the common areas. I found this added a sense of cleanliness. umbrellas were available for guest use, useful given the weather.

i received a warm staff welcome. there was also a surprise selection of confectionery waiting in my room. i took a bicycle on my second day to cycle along the cam. this enabled me to watch my grand daughter during her rowing coaching.
the hotel was on the whole lovely. we were promised reserved parking but this was missed.

The staff was helpful and friendly. special thanks goes to the bar team. They were amazing. they were really good too find a table at the fawlty towers event.

The breakfast was good. I enjoyed it. the hotel bar has wonderful jazz performances during the evening hours. This offers good entertainment. i hope to return to this hotel in the future.

The breakfast was acceptable and had a decent variety of options.
I was real upset with the dirty cups in the room. The cleaning ladies clearly only rinsed the cups in the sink instead of replaced them. There were tea stains in the cups every night, so I know for sure they never cleaned them properly.
