the staff was helpful and friendly upon my arrival i found the lifts to be quiet and quick it was a relief the room felt cosy and it came with good facilities. i was surprised by the two books i found in the bedside cabinet. i had a wide variety of options for breakfast.

i found the staff good and helpful. they quickly resolved a minor room mix-up and upgraded us to a very good room with excellent views.. we also enjoyed cocktails in the bar prior to attending the theatre. the cooked breakfast in the restaurant the following morning offered delicious food and good service.
