the food at the brasserie was really good. i enjoyed the decor throughout the hotel and main areas, a lovely touch. the staff's attitude was fantastic, polite and helpful .
the pool features didn't work properly , disappointing.

My beautiful king room was spacious with a comfortable bed. feather pillows added a nice touch, ensuring a restful sleep. the bathroom featured modern fittings. It was right out of times gone by.

The hotel sits right along the river. It is lovely to sit outside. watching the boats being rowed along the water added to the ambiance. plenty of sit down areas are available around the restaurant and reception area.

The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with varied options available. i found the food to be of good value for the price. the christmas lunch was lovely. I was allowed to sit most of the afternoon without being asked to leave.

I booked a standard king room. it had a spacious layout and a very comfortable bed. i slept like a baby!!! the air conditioning worked perfectly, a real plus. the room also featured a powerful shower. It was quite refreshing!!!
the bathroom tiles had a few cracks, a very small detail.

The staff was friendly and professional. The bathroom featured an amazing shower. Breakfast offered both continental and hot food choices. The receptionist assisted with getting scissors and calling a cab.

The staff was amazing. They was always helpful. The location was very nice, and breakfast was great.
The carpet in the room was filthy and had stains throughout. The mattress was not comfortable to lie on and down to the wire on one side.
