The staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations (I appreciated their local knowledge). I found the room clean upon arrival. The water pressure in the shower was consistently strong. I also appreciated having convenient access to the nearby metro station.
The street noise was noticeable at times.

mixed feelings about this stay
faulty air conditioningstreet noise
the room i got wasn't what i expected. the air conditioning barely worked, and it was quite stuffy (the july heat didn't help). also, the noise from the street was pretty bad at night. it made it hard to sleep, even with the windows closed. i reported this to the staff at reception, but they didn't seem very concerned or offer any solutions, so that was really frustrating.
