inadequate heating disruptive elevator
the location proved convenient for accessing the metro. i found it easy to navigate the city from there.
The room lacked proper heating (i was there in january). i reported it, but staff said the temperature was building-wide and offered no portable heater. i could also hear the elevator constantly. It was quite disruptive.

metro access good location breakfast joke missing cutlery
The location near the metro was acceptable, I suppose.
The breakfast was a real joke. I never found a single chocolate croissant. I'm not sure what they thought they were serving, but it lacked plates, cups and cutlery half the time. I practically begged for orange juice, and it showed up half an hour later.

subway location varied breakfast good insulation
The hotel location near the subway was convenient. The breakfast included varied options. I also appreciated the sound insulation in my room. It blocked outside noise.
The hotel bar had limited beer selection one evening.

Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location!
great variety friendly staff
The breakfast offered a great variety. Filtered water was available in the reception area, a very thoughtful touch. Super fast WiFi made working remotely efficient. The staff was friendly. Andrei at the front desk was professional and helpful.
The vending machine was not working, an inconvenience as I wanted a quick snack. The area felt a little unsafe at night with limited lighting. I think they could improve the surroundings.

The breakfast buffet featured a great selection of items. There was fresh bread and fruit juices available. The dining area offered space to relax. Heating meals was also possible.

The staff members were very kind. Front desk staff assisted with directions. Reception helped with luggage storage after checkout. They were always ready to help.

metro access train station breakfast selection
the location provided easy access to the metro station next door. i found the soundproofing effective, despite the hotel's proximity to the train station.. the room was very quiet. breakfast included hard-boiled eggs and a selection of pastries.
the gym had limited equipment.
