Solid stay near the stations

convenient location nespresso machine complimentary snacks

the hotel's location proved quite convenient it was near the nord and est train stations. the room included a nespresso machine which i used. the staff offered complimentary tea coffee and snacks in the afternoon a gesture i found cute after a long day.

i noticed some wear and tear in the corridors they could benefit from a refresh.

the front desk staff were genuinely friendly they spoke english fluently and always looked ready to assist guests with directions or any requests, even during late hours, ensuring a smooth experience.

the breakfast offered a decent spread i saw fresh croissants and a selection of cheeses. the coffee machine served good espresso it helped start the day well before heading out into the city.

large room quiet street

the classic double room was surprisingly large. it was MUCH quieter being on a side street near gare du nord!

The hallway smelled strongly of paint due to hallway work. MY head hurt a bit.

the staff were cute and helpful .

The ventilation in the bathroom was poor. It was a small space and it didn't drain properly. the walls were very thin. i could hear voices from other rooms, even late at night, annoying

i appreciated the helpful staff. luggage storage before and after check-in was possible. the market across the street was lively. my room was spacious. it was fresh and clean with air conditioning. i appreciated the strong shower and tea and coffee.

i think some floors are not accessible by elevator. this was an inconvenience for my large suitcase.

the staff was very positive! board games were available, good for children. i appreciated the modern room with very comfortable beds. the beds ensured a good night's sleep.

the isolation in the building was not good. i could hear lots of noise.
