The King's Highway in Derby features double and twin rooms. The double rooms include Freeview TV, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, and a hairdryer. These rooms are suitable for one or two adults. Twin rooms also feature tea and coffee making facilities, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The rooms have kingsize Hypnos beds with Beaumont mattresses, filled with a wool-silk mix and a surface which regulates body temperature. Support bars are available in the en-suite bathrooms.

The King's Highway provides a restaurant and a bar. A traditional carvery consists of three meats, Yorkshire puddings, stuffing, gravy, and seasonal vegetables.
