The staff were very cute! They were friendly and efficient during check-in. The swimming pool facilities include a sauna. The sauna seats six people. I found the dinner in the restaurant reasonably priced.
The TV remote would not select a channel properly.

The restaurant service was generally quick, but at times there was a delay. I noticed a special mention to Michael who served at Marco's restaurant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . I even forgot my ring at the hotel, and they posted it back to me, which I thought was AMAZING!!! The breakfast had a great choice and was well laid out. It was also nice to have air conditioning in the room.
The room was a bit dusty, disappointing. My door also didn't fully lock, so I just had to use the safety catch. This.

i enjoyed the gym access. it had three treadmills. there were also two stationary bikes. the room had blackout curtains. they helped me sleep well. i also found a coffee maker there. it made mornings easier.
The hallway was quite cold. i noticed this immediately after leaving my room. the tv remote did not work properly. it struggled to change channels. breakfast lacked vegetarian options. This was a disappointment.
