The bed provided little comfort. It was excessively firm. The water pressure in the shower was inadequate. I also noticed persistent plumbing noises throughout the night. This disturbance prevented restful sleep.

the staff were super friendly! the room was big and spacious and comfortably furnished. the ensuite was clean and modern, what a win!

the bathroom smelled of sewage! the walls showed a leak had occurred. other walls were grubby by the side of the bed. i really needed a good night's sleep!

i booked a room for my wife and me it was clean. facilities were easy to use the team would fix any faults quickly. staff helped me create space for the wedding and gave decoration advice. i thank the kitchen staff and waiters for their professionalism.

the headboard seemed greasy in some places

the breakfast was excellent and began my days wonderfully. the staff were really nice too ensure my needs were met . the room had modern amenities that added to the overall experience, and the wifi worked flawlessly throughout the hotel. the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

i noticed some staining on the walls in my allocated room. hopefully, this can be addressed to improve the overall aesthetic.

the room was spacious and clean. i had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent. real fires made the atmosphere very cozy.
