cheerful staff polite staff beautiful surroundings helpful staff missing usb ports scarce plug sockets unavailable milk
i found the staff very cheerful and polite. nothing seemed like too much trouble. the surroundings offered a beautiful backdrop for photographs.
My room lacked usb ports. i also found a lack of available plug sockets. milk was not readily available at the tea stations. I had to request it each time.

Dated decor. Decent enough stay
dated decor plastic cups
the staff were friendly. the breakfast was decent enough.
The room felt dated. It was like stepping back into the 80s. the silly dressing table wasn't practical for work and i found plastic cups in the room.

underwhelming stay
weak shower dated room
the room felt quite dated, the tv remote didn't work properly, frustrating. also, the bathroom was small. the shower pressure was really weak. i was expecting a better experience for the price.
