Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
The Coach Hotel is often praised for its modern and clean rooms, some even noting the interesting brown marble floor pattern. Its location is convenient for Birmingham Airport and the NEC, accessible by taxi, and the hotel offers free parking for guests. The attached pub provides a warm atmosphere and shows football upon request; plus, some rooms feature massive TVs. While a few guests have occasionally mentioned noise from the pub, many appreciate the hotel's practical facilities and the courtyard setting.

The top-floor room was large and well-appointed (I really appreciated the space). I had a king-size bed and a large smart TV. The bathroom had an amazing shower.

A satisfactory overnight stay

large tvcomfortable bedvelux windowglass panel
The room was newly renovated. It was decorated beautifully and VERY clean. The tv was large. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were fresh.
There were minor issues I found. There was no blind on the Velux window. There was also no blind on the glass panel in the door. Light came into the room, which I am not used to.

i stayed in a cottage room. the room was beautifully decorated. i found a comfy giant bed (i slept like a baby). the room had everything needed for an overnight stay.
the bedding smelled stale. cigarette burns marked the bedding (i found that a bit off-putting). dirt was visible in the corners of the room.
