I enjoyed the room. It had a fridge, tea and coffee. biscuits. the bed was very comfortable, i slept well. breakfast was in the main house, there was a good choice and excellent service.
The room faced the main road and had constant traffic noise. This continued during the day and night.

The tottingham room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The coffee maker was superb. the room included coffee and tea facilities. This added to the convenience. it was carefully decorated in a traditional style.

The staff were fantastic and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent with a really good choice of items available each morning. I found the room super clean and everything needed was thoughtfully provided making my stay easy. The hotel sits right in the town center, yet it's tucked away in a quiet courtyard offering the best of both convenience and peace.
I found the lighting in the hallway could use some adjustment, especially as the sensors seemed to activate only when I was directly underneath them.

The public lounge area is beautiful. The hotel provides a coffee machine, a kettle and a fridge in every room. The location is central and accessible, providing convenience for travellers exploring local attractions and amenities.

Rooms have beautiful decorations with everything you might need and include modern bathrooms. Quality shampoo is provided and the fittings are new. I found the beds comfortable and the provided coffee machine very useful each morning.

the breakfast was alright, i suppose (especially the pastries).
The tv in the room did not function. i attempted to turn it on multiple times. i couldn't find any spare batteries for the remote, and reception was closed. also, the lights in the hallway seemed to have a mind of their own. They only came on when i was practically standing right underneath them.
