the breakfast was very good. the location is also great for getting to the city center. the staff were lovely and helpful too. the building has lots of charm and character.
the room felt a bit tired. i think it needs some updating. the windows didn't seem sealed properly. the place felt cold.

the breakfast was nice. i had bacon and eggs cooked exactly how i wanted. claudia at reception was very helpful. she helped me with local directions and suggested a nice restaurant. the onsite car park was secure at night.
The corridors to rooms are narrow. It was a slight inconvenience with luggage.

the breakfast had good coffee and a full english, but i couldn't finish it.
The room i got was in an annexe at the back. It felt quite tired. i tripped on a step in the corridor i didn't see. the bathroom wasn't clean either. There was mould.

the reception offered helpful assistance with all requests. i received a ground floor room upon request because of mobility issues. the room provided all that was needed. cleaners were active in the morning and were very polite.
