i found the staff very nice. the breakfast had an excellent vegan choice TOO. the welcome for dogs included a lovely gift pack when i arrived.

i tried to charge me a higher rate, not acceptable. the housekeeping let themselves in without knocking. the manager tried to gain access while i was in a towel, i DIDN'T appreciate that

I was so grateful for the friendly staff. They were very obliging. the restaurant was really good for a hotel restaurant. it was easy to access by car, and parking was available. i slept well as it was quiet.

the shower door was broken. i also noticed mold all over the tiles. i think addressing these maintenance issues would significantly improve the guest experience.
