Acceptable, but certain aspects need attention
dated furnishings noise issue
The location was quite convenient for seeing main attractions.
My room felt quite dated, showing its age in the furnishings. There was a persistent noise issue. I heard sounds from neighboring rooms. The breakfast selection proved disappointing given the hotel rating.

helpful staff excellent location immaculate hotel
i found the staff very helpful from the reception area to the cleaning staff. the location was excellent, within walking distance of attractions. breakfast was good with many choices and the hotel was kept immaculately.

convenient stay NEAR the vatican
convenient location rooftop bar attentive staff
i found the location to be very convenient with easy access to vatican city. the rooftop bar provides expansive views, a great spot for evening relaxation. the staff were mostly attentive, promptly addressing my needs, especially with directions.
the elevator service was occasionally slow, sometimes causing waits during peak hours.

the superior double room had a modern design and a comfortable bed. a spacious, well kept bathroom with good shower pressure. the room also included a mini-fridge and a safe for valuables , i found these useful.
