i loved the room i got. it had cool details all over. breakfast was good too, i had cappuccino and pastries. the hotel sells merch. i bought shampoo in soda cans.

the lighting was so dim, it was impractical. you had to get coffee from the restaurant. it was too slow.

The included breakfast was fabulous. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I felt pampered . If I return, I would stay here again. The location IS excellent. I enjoyed the restaurant and bar. Staff were always attentive and friendly.

The beautiful king room featured quietly excellent decor. It was very tasteful. The room had an enormous bathtub, taking up a fourth of the space. The shower area could accommodate four people easily.

The restaurant offered breakfast right on the grand canal. I enjoyed watching the boats each morning. I also appreciated the well-designed spaces throughout the hotel. The architecture stood out (i was charmed by it!).

The wardrobe's clothes hangers were not easily removable, made hanging certain items difficult.
