Very nice Experience at this Hotel!

The hotel provide a free boat. It took me to and from St Mark's Square every half hour all day. It such a bonus! The location is right on the beach. It allows sunbathing and cultural activities in the same day, I loved it. I was upgraded to a refurbished room. The room included a coffee machine, kettle, coffee pods, milk pods, complimentary waters, and snacks, so good.

I noticed the elevators were not working due rain. Freight elevators work normally.

The breakfast had a very good selection. It includes cereals, a cooked breakfast, cooked meats, cheeses, yogurts, fruits and pastries. Fresh bread and fruit juices were provided, and the selection was amazing, I loved it. Staff were cute.

The staff are wonderful, and they couldn't be more helpful or friendly from check-in to check-out. A gentleman on the buffet selection was helpful. He helped me choose a coffee. The staff at the shuttle were also very helpful. I appreciate it.

The outside areas are spacious. They have many different areas to sit and relax. The pool was heated and very large. Towels were provided, and a lifeguard was on duty. The complimentary shuttle boat was a bonus. The hotel tour was also excellent.

the junior suite felt grand. the view of the sea filled me with such delight, especially at sunrise. the complimentary boat to san marco made exploring easy.

the elevators seemed slow at times, and a bit of a wait happened during peak hours. i wish it was addressed faster.

The hotel provided a complimentary boat service to San Marco Square. I found this service very convenient. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of foods, including an omelet station. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a great view.
