the water bus provided convenient transport, costing significantly less than a water taxi. i found the hotel very clean. the staff members were helpful. breakfast provided a good start to the day. st marks square was an easy walk.
The beds were a little too firm for my taste. We slept well, but softer mattresses would have been appreciated.

The hotel service was helpful, arranged transport from the airport to the hotel. they also assisted with dinner reservations. the porter took luggage to my room. He showed me how everything functioned.

the breakfast offered three types of bread, a selection of cold cuts, cheese, and cereal. coffee was in silver jugs, but cappuccino was freshly made. the dining area was clean. it did not feel crowded.

the room had air conditioning. the bathroom included a large walk in shower. there was no noise, great. the location is superb and a few minutes walk from st mark's square. the hotel offered easy access to the main areas.

the hotel's location was convenient to st marks square it allowed easy access to many attractions. i appreciated the complimentary water taxi to murano with free entry to a glass factory. the staff was helpful and friendly making our stay all the more nice
i found that the breakfast room was a little small for the number of guests. this often meant waiting for a table which was slightly inconvenient
