traditional decor gluten-free options
I appreciated the traditional decor. The breakfast met my needs, especially the gluten-free options for coeliacs. I found excellent restaurants nearby that had 'senza glutine' choices. A Canal view from MY room allowed for watching passing gondolas.
i noticed limited soaps available in THE shower.

superb location transport advice elegant staff
The location was superb, right near major attractions. The staff offered great transport advice. I found the breakfast room elegant. The white tablecloths and sharply dressed staff were a bonus!!!

great location nice breakfast old room missing shower curtain
the hotel location was great. it was close to many attractions. breakfast was nice with good service. i liked that the staff refilled my water bottles each morning upon request.
the room needed updates. it seemed worn. the twin room didn't had a shower curtain above the bath. i think they can install one.

okay experience at the hotel
central location helpful staff spacious room poor lighting instant coffee breakfast quality
i appreciated the hotel's central location. it made exploring the area very easy. the staff at the front desk were helpful when i needed assistance. i also found the room to be quite large and spacious.
the bathroom lighting was not great, it was difficult for applying makeup. i found the breakfast to be disappointing for this category of hotel. the coffee tasted like it came from an instant machine, not ideal.

nice city stay
convenient transport clean hotel helpful staff easy walk
the water bus provided convenient transport, costing significantly less than a water taxi. i found the hotel very clean. the staff members were helpful. breakfast provided a good start to the day. st marks square was an easy walk.
The beds were a little too firm for my taste. We slept well, but softer mattresses would have been appreciated.

the breakfast offered three types of bread, a selection of cold cuts, cheese, and cereal. coffee was in silver jugs, but cappuccino was freshly made. the dining area was clean. it did not feel crowded.

the hotel's location was convenient to st marks square it allowed easy access to many attractions. i appreciated the complimentary water taxi to murano with free entry to a glass factory. the staff was helpful and friendly making our stay all the more nice
i found that the breakfast room was a little small for the number of guests. this often meant waiting for a table which was slightly inconvenient
