The location was acceptable. It was close to st mark's square.

The air conditioning did not work well. The room got very warm, even at night. i also found the breakfast selection limited, and the service required me to ask staff for specific items instead of self-service.

I found the staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival, offering useful tips. the location proved convenient. i received a complimentary drink on the roof terrace. It had great views. i left feeling i experienced the best of this destination.

the location was great , very close to st mark's square.

my room was quite small and faced a very noisy street , i could hear everything outside and through the walls , it wasn't the relaxing experience i hoped for.
