a decent stay
helpful staff delicious pastries water stain closed rooftop
i found the staff so lovely and helpful. they do. my room was clean and quiet, i did like that it was away from the city noise. breakfast had really great pastries, a true delight!
the room i was in had water stains on the ceiling. i also noticed the air conditioning sounded like it was about to break. the rooftop was close and i was disappointed with this.

Hotel location was fantastic to move around. The airport water bus stop was nearby. The staff was nice and brought the luggage. They helped with directions too. The bar was great and had outdoor seating.
The room lacked storage, only having a small hanging space. This was a problem for longer stays. A proper wardrobe would improve the functionality.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay
great location spacious room delicious breakfast
The hotel's location was really good near San Marco square. Access to water taxis was easy. Shopping and dining options were nearby. The room was clean, renovated, and spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly and cute. I would certainly book again.
The shower was poor. Water sprayed everywhere except where I wanted it to go and the bathroom flooded.

The hotel offered easy access via vaporetto for travellers and pleasant infused honey, lemon, and ginger water in the lobby. Check-in and check-out were easy processes. Everything was well kept and functional for a comfortable visit.

The hotel is central with several points of interest. A vaporetto station is very close. A direct boat to the airport is less than a minute's walk and many recommendations for good restaurants are nearby.

amazing array breakfast room helpful staff awful smell bathroom beams terrace bar
The breakfast offered an amazing array of choices to eat. The breakfast room was on the ground floor of the hotel. Coffee had great flavour and the staff were helpful.
The room had an awful smell when we arrived it did not disappear during our trip. I think it came from the bathroom maybe the wooden beams but it was not pleasant. The roof top terrace bar was shut we were unaware of this until we arrived.

lovely stay near san marco
convenient location helpful staff varied breakfast
I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to the basilica san marco and many shops. the staff was very helpful from arrival to departure. the breakfast included a nice variety of choices, a detail i certainly appreciated.
the room i had was on the smaller side and lacked extensive storage space.
