great location water taxi friendly staff small room dated room kitchen noise

the location was very convenient. i loved that the water taxi dropped us right at the hotel! the staff were friendly and spoke english. the breakfast had many options and the quality was good.

The shower backed up. I had to stop the water several times. the room was small and felt dated. the view overlooked a kitchen. It was underwhelming and i could hear noise from it.

train station friendly staff wide array

i found the location excellent, just a short walk from the train station. The staff was friendly and efficient, helping with directions and local information.. The breakfast offered a wide array of choices to start the day well. i appreciated the canal view from my room.

the elevator felt quite small, barely accommodating two people with luggage.

outdated room shower issue

the location was convenient, being very close to the train station.

My room felt outdated, it was also quite small for the price. the shower was a problem. Water backed up frequently, forcing me to pause during showering. i nearly got scalded when i didn't turn both taps at once.
