the location is very convenient, close to the train station. it made transporting luggage easier. breakfast was good with canal views from the venue. the rooms looked cute and classical.

the shower in the washroom was very small. front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. they would not even make eye contact. carpets in the hallway were threadbare.

The room i had was quite small. the furniture looked old. the staff at reception were not very friendly. They seemed annoyed when i asked questions.
