the room was spacious. it included a separate sitting area with comfortable seating. a large window offered a view. i found the bed very comfortable! though the parking was expensive. the staff was helpful. the hotel's location near attractions made exploration easy.

The room's temperature was difficult to regulate. It remained too warm despite adjustments. i would have appreciated more responsive air conditioning controls. this impacted my sleep quality .

the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and the complimentary wi-fi worked without problems.

the breakfast was a letdown i had to wait about 15 minutes for a table the selection of savory items and bread was limited also the machine-made juices were poor quality the room's window latch was broken and the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat also the safe wasn't working and the carpet was stained.

The room was spacious. it had a sparkling marble bathroom. the gym was conveniently located on the top floor, I loved it. the staff on reception were very good. .!!

the housekeeping wasn't good. i didn't get even a glass washed. i didn't get replacement tea bags either over the four days i was there. i don't think it is good to have a cup of tea from a paper cup when this hotel is of this standard.
