Wonderful Hotel Experience

I enjoyed spa facilities. Yoga classes can be booked when I stayed at Upper House. The staff were friendly and accommodating to me. I had wide selection at Imagine level 29 for breakfast.

The room feel very old. It was not very clean. I asked for more detailed cleaning, but result was not fully satisfactory.

Staff members are polite and helpful. I found the reception area always staffed, so queries are addressed promptly. The concierge assisted me with local directions, and I got my questions answered efficiently without wait.
