I really liked the friendly, cute staff. The room displayed a stylish, cozy atmosphere. I just loved it. Breakfast presented a great variety. Vegan and gluten-free options were available. The location offered easy access to the city center and the train station.
The hotel does feel outdated. Certain aspects are just impractical. There wasn't a safe in the room. That seemed inconvenient.

I was pleased the hotel provided a brochure detailing its rich history and offerings, a lovely touch. the staff was very friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. i loved the complimentary fika and coffee available on the ground floor. It was a good treat .
I noticed a small detail. The absence of a mini-fridge in the room was a minor inconvenience.
